1. General Provisions

2. Services

Personalized coaching and support plans include weekly checkpoints and tailored guidance.

2.1 Plan Transfer

You may shift your subscription to another individual before the first weekly checkpoint by notifying us via contact page.

2.2 No Refund Policy for Services

Once the initial session has taken place, no refund is available due to preparatory effort and resource allocation.

3. Information Products

Digital materials such as e-guides and online modules are delivered electronically.

3.1 Pre-Access Refund

If electronic materials remain unaccessed and undownloaded, requests for a refund may be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

3.2 No Refund After Access

After materials are accessed or downloaded, no refund is provided given immediate delivery and use.

4. Goods

Physical planners, journals, and related items are shipped to your address.

4.1 Eligibility for Refund

You may ship back unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt to obtain a refund of the item cost. Shipping expenses must be covered by you.

4.2 Refund Processing

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Funds will be credited to the original funding method provided at purchase.

5. Refund Disbursement

All refunds are issued via the original funding method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

6. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on habitmuster.online. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
